Arrive in time for check-in and lunch at your lodge, followed by an afternoon game drive or an optional nature walk to spot elephants, buffaloes, colobus monkeys, and unique bird species.

Another Extended Full-day Exploration of Mount Kenya

Spend another day enjoying Mount Kenya’s serene environment with packed lunch.

You'll take an early breakfast at your lodge, before taking an optional early morning hike(Optional, at an extra cost)for breathtaking views or visit the Mau Mau caves, rich in historical significance. Alternatively, you'll have an option to engage in rock climbing or go trout fishing in the mountain streams. You can also embark on a forest canopy walk, offering a unique perspective of the lush ecosystem. For a relaxed experience, watch wildlife at the lodge’s waterhole or enjoy spa treatments. After breakfast, take a scenic drive to the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch at Enkorok Mara Camp. Later, embark on an afternoon game drive, where you may spot lions, leopards, elephants, and herds of wildebeest roaming the golden plains.

As the sun sets, you'll return to your camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Full-Day Safari in Maasai Mara

Full-Day Safari in Maasai Mara

After breakfast, you'll have a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve—lunch will be a picnic. The reserve is well known for its black-maned lions and abundant wildlife. This is one of the few places where it is possible to see the Big Five during a morning game drive. Many cheetahs are so tame they seek shelter from the hot sun under vehicles. Several even climb onto the roof to get a better view of prospective prey! For bird enthusiasts, there are almost 500 species have been recorded here. Among these include 16 species of eagle, many hawks and falcons, six species of vultures, eight species of storks, four species of bustard (including the kori bustard, the world's heaviest flying bird), and nine species of sunbirds. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at your camp.

On this day, we can plan for an optional visit to a Masai village(at additional cost). Alternatively, you can go on a hot air balloon safari(Optional, at an extra cost).

After breakfast, depart Masai Mara for Lake Nakuru National Park, located in the Great Rift Valley. Arrive in time for lunch at Lake Nakuru lodge overlooking the scenic lake. Enjoy an afternoon game drive, famous for its flamingo population (seasonal) and diverse wildlife including rhinos, giraffes, and buffalo. The park’s rich birdlife makes it a haven for nature enthusiasts and photographers. Evening at leisure at your lodge.
