Day 1

After breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park, one of Northern Tanzania’s most scenic wildlife parks. Tarangire is famous for its giant baobab trees, seasonal swamps, and impressive elephant population. During your game drive, you may spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, ostriches, and many bird species.

The Tarangire River attracts wildlife throughout the year, making it an excellent location for game viewing. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your safari.
In the late afternoon, proceed to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive.
Known as one of Africa’s natural wonders, the crater is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas, and the endangered black rhino. The crater floor offers one of the best opportunities to spot the Big Five in a single day.
Enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool while surrounded by spectacular scenery and wildlife.

In the afternoon, ascend the crater walls and continue your journey towards Serengeti National Park through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking landscapes and occasional wildlife sightings before arriving in the Serengeti for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, depart for the Lake Eyasi region to visit the fascinating Hadzabe and Datoga communities.
The Hadzabe are among the last remaining hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa and continue to live a traditional lifestyle closely connected to nature. Join them for a morning hunting demonstration and learn about their survival skills, traditional tools, and unique click language. You will also visit the Datoga tribe, known for their blacksmithing skills and traditional craftsmanship. Learn about their customs, culture, and way of life.
After the cultural tour, return to Karatu for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

This scenic park is famous for its lush groundwater forest, tree-climbing lions, flamingos, elephants, and large troops of baboons. Enjoy a game drive through the park’s diverse habitats, including forest, open plains, and lakeshore scenery.
After a picnic lunch, continue your drive back to Arusha or transfer directly to the airport for your onward flight.
