Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park offers a striking landscape of giant baobab trees, open bush savannah, and seasonal marshes that make it a unique wildlife destination. It's one of the best places in Tanzania to see large herds of elephants up close. The park also hosts buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeests, often followed by predators like lions. Leopards are occasionally seen, while cheetahs are rare.

From the open roof of your safari vehicle, you'll have panoramic views of the terrain and plenty of chances to observe animals in their natural habitat. Game drives here are rewarding and scenic, with frequent wildlife sightings and varied terrain. In the late afternoon, you'll exit the park and head to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of nature and the wild beauty of the African bush.

Karatu Higlands - Serengeti National Park

This full day is dedicated to game drives in the Central Serengeti, one of the best areas for wildlife viewing in Tanzania. These massive herds attract predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards, creating incredible opportunities to witness the raw drama of the wild.

The timing of the migration can vary each year depending on rainfall, but your expert guide will know where to find the action. Even outside the migration season, the Central Serengeti offers rich game viewing, with open savannahs, rocky outcrops, and river areas home to elephants, giraffes, hyenas, and more. From the open roof of your safari vehicle, you’ll have panoramic views of this iconic landscape as you track wildlife and soak in the natural beauty of one of Africa’s greatest safari destinations.
