Your safari adventure begins at 7:30 AM, when you depart Nairobi and drive through the dramatic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley—a perfect chance to admire the sweeping escarpments and picturesque countryside.

Arrive at Keekorok Lodge, located inside Masai Mara National Reserve, just in time for a delicious lunch and a short rest. After settling in, head out for your first afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara—Kenya’s most iconic park. This is your opportunity to spot lions, zebras, giraffes, and possibly even the elusive leopard.

Return to the lodge at sunset for dinner, followed by a relaxing evening soaking in the sounds of the African wilderness.

Wake up to the calls of the wild and embark on an early morning game drive, the best time to catch predators in action as they hunt or patrol their territory. Watch the savannah come alive with golden light and active wildlife.

Return to Keekorok Lodge for a hearty breakfast. Spend the late morning at leisure—either relaxing at the lodge or opting for a cultural visit to a nearby Maasai village (optional, additional cost) for an authentic glimpse into traditional Maasai life.

In the afternoon, head out for another game drive or unwind at the lodge’s famous hippo pool viewing deck, where you can watch hippos and other animals gather around the water without leaving the comfort of the lodge.

Enjoy dinner and storytelling under the stars before retiring for the night.

Maasai Mara to Nairobi

Begin your final day with an early morning breakfast, soaking in the last moments of the wild as the sun rises over the Maasai Mara. This is a great opportunity to catch any wildlife you may have missed, especially predators returning from a night of hunting.
Then check out and bid farewell to the majestic Mara.
Enjoy a scenic drive back to Nairobi, passing through the Rift Valley once more. You’ll arrive in the city by late afternoon (approximately 4:00 PM)—with unforgettable memories and incredible photos to take home.
