Day 1-3

Upon landing at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, a Far & Wild representative will meet you and escort you to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to Nanyuki Airstrip.

At Nanyuki, your lodge safari guide will be waiting to transfer you to El Karama Lodge. After settling in, enjoy a delicious lunch at the camp before heading out on an exciting afternoon game drive.

Your safari guide will provide an overview of the planned game drives and activities for your time at El Karama.

There’s plenty on offer for the whole family, including day and night game drives, guided bush walks, fly camping, ranch and farm visits, river swimming, camel rides, and cultural experiences with the local community.

Children can join the daily Kids Bush School from 10:00am to 12:30pm, enjoying fun and educational activities like wildlife tracking, making paw print casts, hand-line fishing, “Poo” Safaris, clay sculpting, painting, and even cooking in the interactive kitchen.

Day 4-6

Set off for the Masai Mara

Set off for the Masai Mara

Start your day with a fresh farm-to-table breakfast at El Karama before heading to Nanyuki Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Mara North Airstrip.

Upon arrival, your safari guide from Mara Bush Houses will greet you and transfer you to Mara House, enjoying a game drive along the way.

Your safari guide will go over the planned game drives and activities for your two full days in the Mara North Conservancy.

You’ll have the chance to explore both Mara North and Lemek Conservancies through day and night game drives or guided bush walks. Alternatively, spend a day uncovering the wonders of the Masai Mara Reserve or immerse yourself in local traditions with a cultural visit to a nearby Maasai community.
