Day 1

Start with an early hotel pickup in Entebbe and drive to Nakiwogo Ferry Station. Board a canoe with a professional birdwatching guide and glide through Mabamba Swamp, home to the rare shoebill stork and other wetland birds. Afterward, continue southwest to Kayabwe to visit the Equator Line, where you can stand on both hemispheres, learn about the Coriolis effect, and explore local craft shops. Conclude the tour with a comfortable drive back to Entebbe for hotel drop-off by early evening.
