Day 1

Your safari starts with a pick-up at 7:30 am from your hotel in Nairobi or the airport, from where you drive to Amboseli National Park.
You will arrive in Amboseli shortly after noon and check into your lodge or camp. Then, have a hot lunch and time to rest. At 4:00 pm, depart for an afternoon game drive.
The highlight of Amboseli is the remarkable concentration of elephants, the largest in the world! It is home to over 1,600 elephants from 56 different families. Each of the elephants has a name and a photo attached to its name.
After the game drive, we will return to the accommodation, freshen up, and enjoy a freshly prepared dinner before your overnight stay.

Day 2

Today's itinerary is flexible, and you can discuss the day's schedule with your guide.
You can have a relaxed breakfast and then depart for a full-day game drive, leaving the lodge at around 7:30 am. You will have your picnic lunch, which you will enjoy during the day. In the afternoon, return to the accommodation.
Alternatively, you can depart at 6:00 am on an early morning game drive, return to the lodge for breakfast and relax until midafternoon. Then, at 4:00 pm, depart on an afternoon game drive. At 6:30 pm, return to the accommodation for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3
Amboseli to Lake Nakuru National Park through Lake Naivasha

You will have breakfast, and then head for Lake Naivasha. You will get to stop at the Rift Valley viewpoint for a scenic photo session and later head to Lake Naivasha. You will arrive in the afternoon in time for lunch.
After lunch, you will head out for a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, followed by a walking safari in the animal sanctuary. Here, you will have a one-on-one encounter with animals like giraffes and zebras. The animals are so close that you can almost touch them! Later, you will head to your lodge in Lake Nakuru National Park for your overnight stay.

Day 4
Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, you will head out for an early morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. Highlights include seeing hundreds of black and white rhinos and other wildlife species.
After the game drive, we head to the Masai Mara National Reserve. At 5:00 pm, Maasai Morans (warriors) will pick you up from your accommodation and guide you on a walking safari as you head for a cultural tour of some of the old communities that still exist.
Later, head back to Mara Sopa Lodge, freshen up, and enjoy a freshly prepared dinner and overnight stay.
Between July and October, the Great Rift Valley gets busy. Millions of zebras and wildebeest cross the Masai Mara in search of new grazing territory, and in their wake comes a veritable horde of predators.

Day 5

Today's itinerary is flexible, and you can discuss the day's schedule with your guide.
You can have a relaxed breakfast and depart for a full-day game drive around the park at 6:30 am, carrying a picnic lunch. This will allow you to visit the Mara River, where the migration happens between July and October. Also, you will have a better chance to view wildlife all day and return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
A Masai Mara safari is an unmissable highlight of any holiday to Kenya. There are breathtaking panoramas in every direction, a vast range of wildlife, including the Big Five, and a rich cultural heritage to explore.
