Day 1

Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Today, your safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and drive you to Tarangire National Park. On arrival, you will set out on a game drive to discover the park's wildlife.
Covering nearly 3,000km² (1,158mi²), Tarangire National Park is renowned for its large elephant herds and towering baobab trees. The park is named after the Tarangire River, which flows through it and serves as a vital water source during the Dry season from June to November. At this time of year, countless animals gather along the riverbanks, making it one of the best periods to visit. Tarangire is home to over 2,000 elephants and more than 500 bird species.
In the evening, you will continue to Escarpment Luxury Lodge Manyara for your overnight stay.
Throughout your safari, you will be provided with breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinking water each day.

Day 2-3
Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park
Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will drive to Serengeti National Park. On the way, you will pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and stop at a viewpoint overlooking the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. You will then continue your journey to the Serengeti.
On arrival, you will set out on an afternoon game drive and explore the park until sunset.
The Serengeti is one of the world's greatest wildlife regions, home to around 3 million animals, many of which move across the plains during the famous migration. The park covers 14,763km² (5,700mi²). Its name, Serengeti, comes from the Maasai word siringet, meaning "endless plains."
In the evening, you will continue to Serengeti Explorer by Elewana for an overnight stay.

Day 4
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you will set out on a half-day game drive in Serengeti National Park. Later, you will begin your journey toward the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater.
The central Serengeti is renowned for its many lion prides, which tend to gather closer to the heart of the park during the dry season, making this a prime time for sightings. This area is also one of the best places in Africa to spot leopard, and with some luck, you may encounter one resting in the branches of a sausage tree near the Seronera River.
In the afternoon, you will continue to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for your overnight stay at Ngorongoro Lodge Meliá Collection.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinking water are provided each day.

Day 5
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Today, after breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive.
Often described as the Eighth Wonder of the World, the Ngorongoro Crater is the largest unbroken volcanic caldera on Earth. Formed around 2 million years ago when a massive volcano erupted and collapsed, it is enclosed by walls rising 600m (1,969ft) high. The crater spans about 19km (12mi) across, covering an area of 260km² (100mi²). Within this extraordinary landscape are forests, swamps filled with hippos and open grasslands. It is home to more than 30,000 animals, including elephants, warthogs, flamingos, rare black rhinos and many big cats. You may also encounter Maasai herders with their cattle sharing the land with buffalo and wildebeest.
In the evening, you will return to your hotel in Arusha.
