Transfer to Selous & Sunset Boat Safari

Your adventure begins early in the morning as you depart from Dar es Salaam and drive south towards the Selous Game Reserve, a journey of about 4–5 hours through rural landscapes and traditional villages. Upon arrival at the park in the early afternoon, you’ll check into your budget lodge or tented camp and enjoy a hot lunch. Later in the day, you’ll embark on a peaceful boat safari along the Rufiji River, where you can spot hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species while watching the sunset over the water. Return to camp for dinner and overnight stay.

With a packed lunch provided, you’ll explore different habitats ranging from open plains and woodland to swamps and rivers.
