Around 7:30 a.m., you'll be picked up from your hotel and depart Nairobi for the Masai Mara National Reserve. You have a stopover at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint. You arrive in the Masai Mara in the afternoon after having a picnic lunch along the road. You will proceed to the afternoon wildlife drive, dinner, and stay at Jambo Mara Lodge or a similar en-suite with a private hot shower and toilet within the lodge.

After an early breakfast and a picnic lunch, you will spend the entire day touring this fascinating park, which is actually the northern half of the famed Serengeti National Park. You can explore the Mara River, the Masai Mara's border, and the famed Serengeti National Park, where there is a concentration of numerous species depending on when you travel. You will eat your lunch by the hippo pool, where you will see hippos and other exotic animals. The camp provides all meals and overnight accommodations.

Day 4

Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha

Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha

After an early breakfast, you will spend the morning on a game drive in Nakuru Park, where you may see flamingos and other birds [around 350 species documented]. This is also the home of the black and white rhinoceros. The park was also intended to safeguard endangered species such as rhinos, and it is home to Columbus monkeys. Leopards, giraffes, and a wide range of plain antelope. After departing for neighboring Lake Naivasha with a picnic lunch, you take an optional evening boat trip to Crescent Island at 35 USD, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at Lake Nakuru Lodge.
