Day 2

Tarangire National Park - Lake Natron

After breakfast, you’ll depart around 8:00 am for Lake Natron, a roughly 4-hour drive from Tarangire. Lake Natron, a mineral-rich soda lake in the northern Ngorongoro district, offers stunning landscapes and wildlife. Upon arrival, you will check into your hotel and have lunch.

In the afternoon, you may participate in a four-hour bird-watching or flamingo walk activity around the lake, where you may see flamingos and other bird species. After the activity, return to the campsite for a freshly prepared dinner. Rest well and recharge for another eventful day ahead.

Lake Natron - Serengeti National Park

Early in the morning, you will depart for Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s most renowned safari destinations. Enjoy a scenic drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area along the way, taking in its spectacular views. Upon arrival in the Serengeti, you will embark on a game drive across its vast plains, which are home to the “Big Five“ as well as cheetahs, giraffes, and numerous antelope species. If visiting during the correct season, you may witness the Great Migration in action. After the game drive, set up camp in the Serengeti for your overnight stay, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African bush.
