Your tour start with exploring the Maasai Lodge (Africa Amini Life). Engare Nanyuki is one of the most beautiful regions of Tanzania with a magnificent savannah landscape at the foot of Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru. A special place where you can immediately relax and reflect on the essentials. In the middle of the wild nature of the Maasai steppe are Maasai hut-shaped bungalows with breathtaking views of Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. Behind it and up to the Kenyan border lies the savannah, home to the Maasai people. It is the perfect place to get to know them, as well as their traditions and rituals, with a slower pace of life.

Day 2

Tarangire

In the morning, we will pick you up from Maasai Lodge and drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its colossal baobab trees and vast herds of elephants. The park's landscape predominantly features Acacia woodland and towering African Baobab trees, interspersed with expansive swamp areas in the southern region, creating a stunning and distinctive setting where as many as 300 elephants can be observed, seeking underground streams in the arid riverbeds. Additionally, you may witness the sight of migrating wildebeest, zebras, and buffaloes congregating around diminishing lagoons. Tarangire also offers the chance to encounter African pythons exhibiting their tree-climbing prowess. Within this African national park, three remarkable species find their habitat—the Greater Kudu, the Fringed-eared Oryx, and the long-necked gerenuk. Here, you will relish a thrilling game drive accompanied by a delightful picnic lunch.

Day 3

Lake Manyara

The day begins with an early morning departure from Gilala, ensuring optimal wildlife viewing during the cooler hours. Lake Manyara is renowned for its diverse landscapes, ranging from lush groundwater forests to acacia woodlands and the expansive Lake Manyara itself. Wildlife sightings may include: Large herds of Elephants, Buffaloes, Zebras, and Giraffes, the park's famous tree-climbing Lions, numerous Baboons and other primate species, Hippos wallowing in the lake, A vast array of birdlife, including Flamingos, Pelicans, and Storks. A picnic lunch is enjoyed within the park, allowing guests to savor their meal amidst the natural surroundings. The afternoon involves further game drives, exploring different areas of the park and seeking out more wildlife encounters. As the day draws to a close, guests begin the return journey to their lodge in Gilala.

Day 4

Descend into Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast you will make your way to Ngorongoro and commence an early descent down the towering 600-meter walls, immersing yourself in the breathtaking splendor of the Ngorongoro Crater—an esteemed natural wonder of Africa and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This unparalleled location offers a sanctuary for an abundance of African wildlife, including the iconic "Big Five" species. Within the crater's boundaries, a diverse array of wildlife and birdlife thrives throughout the year. Prepare to be captivated as lions, elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, and various plains animals such as wildebeests, zebras, reedbucks, and Thompson gazelles grace your presence. As the afternoon unfolds, you will indulge in a delightful lunch at the hippo pool picnic site, allowing you to savor the surroundings while enjoying a satisfying meal. Late afternoon you will depart to Gilala where you will be spending the night.
