Your journey will begin at 7:00 a.m. from Zanzibar to Arusha Airport, where you'll meet our experienced tour guide and driver. Before embarking on a morning game drive to Tarangire National Park, the guide will give you a brief orientation. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds and is home to rare species such as the greater kudu, fringed-eared oryx, and ashy starlings. After an exciting day of wildlife viewing, you'll enjoy an overnight stay at the Ngedere Lodges & Camps.

Day 2
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After breakfast, your adventure continues with a half-day game drive into the stunning Ngorongoro Crater. You'll descend about 600 meters into the crater, which is home to one of the densest populations of African wildlife, with around 30,000 animals, including the elusive black rhino. The crater’s year-round water sources and lush vegetation create a thriving environment for a wide variety of wildlife, such as wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos, and the majestic African elephants.
The crater is also known for its high concentration of apex predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and leopards. After enjoying a picnic lunch in this breathtaking setting, you’ll head to the Arusha Tourist Inn Hotel for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 3

Your day begins with a scenic drive from Arusha to Materuni Village, located on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, you'll embark on a short but invigorating hike through coffee and banana plantations, guided by a local expert who will share insights into the flora and Chagga traditions.
After about 1 hour and 40 minutes, you'll reach the beautiful Materuni Waterfalls, where you can enjoy the refreshing waters and breathtaking views. Next, you'll savor a traditional Chagga lunch, including banana stew, ugali, and nyama choma, along with the unique banana beer. In the afternoon, you'll take part in a coffee tour, learning the entire process from cultivation to roasting. You'll even brew your own cup of freshly made coffee before heading back to your accommodation or the airport.
