Drive from Arusha City to Tarangire National Park

Upon your morning arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport your dedicated safari guide will warmly welcome you and begin the scenic journey to Tarangire National Park in a private 4x4 safari vehicle. Renowned for its rich biodiversity and iconic elephant herds, Tarangire offers an array of landscapes—from open savannahs to seasonal swamps—interwoven by the life-giving Tarangire River. Enjoy a full-day game drive with opportunities to witness predators like lions on the hunt or leopards lounging in the treetops.

Tarangire National Park is well known for its biodiversity, including large elephant herds, and features a diversity of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savanna, with the Tarangire River winding its way through the parklands. You may have the experience of seeing a lion stalking its prey or leopards relaxing in the trees above.

Once the game drive is complete, you will return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Karatu to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After an early breakfast, depart from the lodge at 6:00 AM for the renowned Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with a scenic two-hour drive to the crater gate. Upon arrival, descend into the world's largest intact volcanic caldera for a full-day game drive, complete with a picnic lunch amidst the stunning landscape. Explore the rich wildlife and dramatic scenery of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the late afternoon, continue your journey to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport, where your unforgettable safari experience concludes.
