Lake manyara national park
You’ll be picked up from your hotel at 8:00 AM and begin a scenic drive across the Great Rift Valley for a full-day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. Though compact in size (205 sq miles), the park is known for its stunning landscapes, lush acacia forests, towering mahogany and fig trees, and thriving wildlife. It’s especially famous for its large population of baboons and blue monkeys, as well as resident giraffes, elephants, impalas, and numerous buffaloes.
The lake itself is home to many hippos, and the game drive along its shores offers incredible photo opportunities—with wildlife in the foreground and the shimmering lake as a backdrop. Optional activities like a guided bike tour or a boat excursion are also available. In the late afternoon, you’ll return to the camp for dinner and a relaxing evening.

Day 2
Serengeti national park
Serengeti national park
After an early breakfast, you'll set off for the world-renowned Serengeti National Park. Though the drive is long, the journey is incredibly scenic and unforgettable—especially for first-time visitors. As you venture deeper into the Serengeti, you'll understand why its name means "endless plains" in the local language. Spanning 6,900 square miles (18,000 sq km), the vast grasslands seem to stretch endlessly to the horizon, challenging your sense of scale.
The Serengeti is the heart of the Great Migration, home to over two million wildebeests, hundreds of thousands of zebras, and a variety of antelope species. It's also a haven for big cats and predators—lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas thrive here. Many iconic wildlife documentaries, including the famous river crossings, have been filmed in this legendary park.

On this day, we recommend an early wake-up for a sunrise game drive—an ideal time to catch wildlife at its most active and witness one of the most breathtaking sunrises you'll ever see. After the game drive, you'll return to camp for a well-deserved brunch before continuing your journey to Ngorongoro, often called the 8th Wonder of the Natural World.
The Ngorongoro Crater spans 102 square miles and is enclosed by 2,000-foot-high walls, creating a natural sanctuary that’s home to nearly every species native to East Africa. It's one of the few places on the continent where you might spot the rare black rhino. The crater’s diverse landscape includes rivers, swamps, a soda lake teeming with flamingos, dense forests, and open plains. It's also known for its massive elephants, famous for their enormous tusks.
