Johannesburg to Kruger National Park

You will be collected from your hotel or guesthouse in Johannesburg or OR Tambo Airport for a private road transfer to Perry’s Bridge Hollow Boutique Hotel (or similar accommodation). Enjoy a scenic 5-hour drive through the picturesque landscapes of Mpumalanga, arriving in time for check-in at 14:00.

In the late afternoon, you’ll have the option to join a 3-hour open-air 4x4 Sunset Safari—a perfect introduction to the African bush. (Minimum 4 guests required. Additional cost: R1,700.00 ZAR pp.) Game drives are shared with other guests. Please inquire if you would like a private game drive. Summer 16:00-20:30 or Winter 15:30-20:00.

Prefer a slower start to your safari experience? You’re welcome to relax and unwind at the hotel, take a stroll through the charming surroundings, or enjoy a drink at leisure before dinner is served at 18:30.

We do require a min of 2 guests to run this tour but if you are 1 guest, please contact us to see if the tour is running and you are welcome to join.

Safari in Kruger National Park

With a packed breakfast, set off early on an unforgettable full-day safari in the world-renowned Kruger National Park. Get ready for an exhilarating day of wildlife encounters as you search for the legendary Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino—along with countless other fascinating species.

Your game drive takes place in a specially designed open safari vehicle, offering outstanding visibility and a true sense of immersion in the wilderness. Our experienced and knowledgeable field guides know Kruger inside and out, ensuring you get front-row seats to nature at its most raw and real.
As part of your safari, you’ll be provided with bottled water to keep you refreshed throughout the day. Park conservation fees are also included.

Return to your hotel in the late afternoon to relax and in the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner.

Panorama Tour

After breakfast, at 09:00am enjoy a full-day Panorama Tour that will take you along one of South Africa’s most scenic routes. Your journey begins with a leisurely drive through stunning rock formations that mark the start of the Blyde River Canyon, with your cultural guide pointing out the highlights along the way.

The Panorama Route is renowned for its breathtaking views, and Graskop is the perfect place to explore its many wonders, including:

God’s Window
Lisbon Falls
The Pinnacle
Bourke’s Luck Potholes
Blyde River Canyon

This route, one of the country’s most iconic scenic drives, winds through the rugged Mpumalanga Highlands, part of the dramatic Drakensberg Escarpment. Here, the plateau plunges steeply into the Lowveld, offering panoramic views over the vast African grasslands below. Tour is shared with other guests.

Lunch and entrance fees are included. After the day’s exploration, return to your hotel in the late afternoon to unwind, with a delicious dinner served at 18:30.

Kruger National Park to Johannesburg

On your final day, you will have a packed breakfast to embark on a early morning half day safari in the Kruger National Park. The game drive is shared with other guests, should you prefer a private safari, please inquire and we will advise on cost and availability.
Half Day morning game drive times:
Summer (OCT - MAR) 05:00 - 11:30 (AM);
Winter (APR - SEP) 05:30 - 12:00 (AM);

You will be transferred via private road transfer back to O.R. Tambo International Airport for your departure flight, or to your hotel in Johannesburg or Pretoria. Please make sure you have ample time for us to get you to the airport in time for your flight. You should arrive at the airport at approximately 18:00PM. The drive time from the hotel to the Airport is approximately a 5hr drive but do keep in mind traffic and road blocks.
