Day 1

Join our Bush and Forest Explorers for an unforgettable day trip to Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic gem nestled at the foot of the Great Rift Valley. Your journey begins with a comfortable drive from Arusha, reaching the park by midday. Upon arrival, you'll begin your afternoon game drive, venturing through the park’s dense groundwater forests, open grasslands, and along the lakeshore. This park is home to a wide variety of wildlife including elephants, giraffes, zebras, and the famous tree-climbing lions.

Around lunchtime, you’ll enjoy a delicious packed meal at a designated picnic site with a relaxing view of the river and roaming wildlife. Don’t be surprised if playful monkeys or curious baboons come near—sometimes trying to sneak a bite—but there’s no cause for concern.

After lunch, your game drive continues, Watching birdlife, such as flamingos, pelicans, and storks.
