Day 1

Upon arrival in Tanzania, at 8:00 am, you will be picked up by our representative from the city of Arusha and driven to Lake Manyara National Park, located beneath the cliffs of the Manyara Escarpment, on the edge of the Rift Valley.

You will have a game drive after arriving at the park. You will see the alkaline soda of Lake Manyara, which covers 230 square kilometres, attracting pink flamingos and others. You’ll see resident hippo pods splashing in the lake. Also, the park is known for its tree-climbing lions, herds of elephants, wildebeests, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, warthogs, and impalas.

Plus, you may be lucky enough to spot leopards and hyenas. There’s also a huge primate population, including the common monkeys, vervet monkeys, and baboons. You can spot the wildlife as part of a canoe safari on the lake. In the afternoon, you will have a lunch packed with food. After lunch, you'll continue with a game drive, then in the evening you'll depart from the park to Arusha town.
