Day 1

Nairobi - Masai Mara

Pick up from hotel at around 7:30 am, to our office to meet the rest of the group. Later drive southwards along the floor of the Great Rift Valley with a stopover at the viewpoint arriving in time for lunch. Later proceed for an evening game drive which is well known for its rich, tree-studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is also renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-maned lions, leopard and cheetah but also contains numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. Dinner and overnight at Mara.

Day 2

Masai Mara extensive drive

Masai Mara extensive drive

After breakfast with a picnic lunch, you spend a full day game viewing with a visit to the Mara river where there is a concentration of a lot of animals. You will have your picnic lunch as you watch the crocodiles, hippos, and other animals living in the water. On this day you have the option of going to visit the Masai villages. All meals and overnight at Mara Rhino Tourist Camp.

Masai Mara - Nakuru

After breakfast, proceed to masai village (optional) and then depart to Nakuru national park with picnic lunch on the way arriving in the evening, if time allows you pass via Naivasha for a boat ride at Lake Naivasha Crescent Island. Dinner and overnight at lanet Matfam for budget accommodation.

Day 4

Nakuru - Nairobi

Nakuru - Nairobi

After early breakfast spend the morning in Nakuru park where you see a lot of flamingos among other birds [about 350 species recorded]. This is also home to the black and the white rhinoceros. The park has also been established for the protection of endangered species such as the Rhino and is also home to Columbus monkeys. Leopards, giraffes, and a variety of plain antelope. Leave for Nairobi late in the afternoon, arriving in Nairobi in the afternoon with a drop-off at the hotel of your choice or back to the airport to catch up with your flight for the next destination.
