Surrounded by lush trees and vines, Chemka offers the perfect spot to swim, relax, and unwind. The spring water is naturally warm, clean, and safe for swimming, with small fish that may even give your feet a gentle massage!
Enjoy your packed lunch or a local meal on-site while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. You can spend the afternoon swimming, taking photos, or just relaxing under the shade.

Day 2
Tarangire national park

Start your day early with a scenic drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, which takes about 2.5–3 hours. Upon arrival, enter a landscape dotted with majestic baobab trees and follow the winding Tarangire River, a lifeline for wildlife, especially during the dry season.
Enjoy a full-day game drive, where you’ll likely see large herds of elephants, along with lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and many bird species. The park is especially known for its elephant population and picturesque scenery.
Stop midday for a picnic lunch at a designated site inside the park, with views of nature and possible wildlife sightings nearby. Continue your afternoon game drive exploring different parts of the park.
In the late afternoon, begin the return journey to Arusha with unforgettable safari memories.

Day 3
Lake eyasi

Depart early in the morning from Karatu or Mto wa Mbu and drive to the remote and culturally rich area of Lake Eyasi, located on the southern edge of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This day trip offers a unique opportunity to interact with the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes.
Begin your experience by joining the Hadzabe Bushmen on a traditional hunting and gathering walk, learning their survival skills and observing their use of bows, arrows, and tracking techniques. Afterward, visit the Datoga tribe, known for their blacksmithing and traditional dress. You’ll see how they make tools and jewelry from recycled metals.
Enjoy a picnic lunch by the lake or at a local village, and take in the views of Lake Eyasi’s seasonal waters and birdlife, including flamingos when in season.

Day 4

Start your day early from Karatu, driving toward the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On arrival, descend into the crater—one of the best places in Africa to see the Big Five in a single day.
Enjoy a full-day game drive across the crater floor, where wildlife is abundant and easy to spot. You may encounter lions, elephants, rhinos, hippos, zebras, wildebeest, and more, all set against a stunning backdrop of crater walls and diverse habitats.
Around midday, stop for a picnic lunch near the hippo pool, with great views and a peaceful atmosphere. After lunch, continue your safari through open plains and forested areas.
