When you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport, our representative will greet you with a warm greeting and take you to your Arusha accommodation. You will get a guided city tour of Arusha as an excursion after checking in and having some free time. The Cultural Heritage Center, the local Maasai market, and a quick town tour are all included in this excursion to learn more about Tanzanian customs and daily life. It's a great way to get a flavor of local customs while easing into your journey.

Day 2

Fly into Serengeti

Fly into Serengeti

Your local flight to Kogatende Airstrip in the Northern Serengeti will take you to Arusha Airport following an early breakfast. Your personal safari guide will have a lunchbox ready for you when you arrive.
Start your first exhilarating game drive in the Northern Serengeti after lunch. This area is a great place to see the Great Wildebeest Migration, especially from July to October. This region is well-known for its breathtaking Mara River crossings, where herds of zebras and wildebeest plunge into waters teeming with crocodiles a must-see wildlife experience. After a wonderful day later evening you will make your way to your arranged accommodation for overnight.

We're going on a full-day wildlife drive in the Northern Serengeti today. Tracking the migration and keeping an eye out for predators in motion, you will take your time exploring the expansive plains and riverbanks. The area's rolling savannahs, acacia woodlands, and riverine forests provide breathtaking scenery for shooting pictures and observing wildlife.
Lions ambushing herds or crocodiles snapping at river crossings are just a couple of the amazing predator-prey encounters that may be seen here. Later evening you will make your way to your accommodation for overnight.

Following an early breakfast, take part in your last game drive in the Northern Serengeti before starting your picturesque journey south through the Serengeti plains toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. There will be plenty of opportunities to see wildlife along the way, and you will be able to observe the shifting ecosystems as you go from the open savannah to the cooler, lush highlands of Ngorongoro.

Day 5

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

You will descend today into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa's most wildlife-rich regions and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Along with sizable populations of hippos, zebras, antelope, and more than 500 different species of birds, the crater is home to the Big Five: lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, and buffalo.
A picnic lunch by the hippo pool will follow your full morning wildlife drive. Drive back to Arusha for your last night there in the late afternoon.
