1-Day Zanzibar - Stone Town, Changuu Island & Spice Tour

Early morning, our driver will take you from the hotel to go explore Zanzibar’s best sights.
First, you’ll visit Stone Town. Walk through its busy streets lined with centuries old architecture, markets, and important sites like the former slave market. Admire the beautiful Catholic Cathedral and the first ever Museum dedicated to the world legend Freddie Mercury.
Thereafter, you’ll go on a boat ride to Prison (Changuu) Island. Visit the old buildings and spend time with the giant tortoises, relaxing on the white sandy beach, and learn about the island’s rich history.
Finally, visit a lush spice farm to observe how spices like cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, ginger and cinnamon are grown and harvested. Taste fresh spices and fruits, and learn how they are processed. This tour gives you a chance to experience the vibrant aromas and flavours that make Zanzibar famous as the “Spice Island”.
After the tour, you’ll be taken back to your hotel or the airport, with great memories of your day.
