Start your day early from Arusha or nearby town with a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, set up your family-friendly campsite in a designated camping area surrounded by nature. After a welcome briefing, enjoy a guided morning game drive to spot elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, and unique bird species in their natural habitat.

Take a break at a picnic site where the family can relax and enjoy a packed lunch amid beautiful landscapes. In the afternoon, continue the game drive or opt for a gentle walking safari near the camp to experience the park up close.

As evening approaches, gather around a campfire to share stories, enjoy dinner prepared by the guides, and experience the sounds of the African wilderness under a starry sky. The family camping experience in Tarangire offers adventure, education, and bonding time in a safe, memorable way. After a restful night at camp, conclude the day with a scenic drive back to your accommodation.

Ngorongoro highlands tour

After breakfast, you'll head to the Ngorongoro Crater. Along the eastern side, you'll witness the breathtaking Great Rift Valley, where a diverse array of wildlife, including elephants, buffalo, zebras, monkeys, and numerous bird species, roam freely. From this vantage point, you'll also catch a glimpse of the crater rim. The remarkable concentration of wildlife visible from the rim extends into the vast Ngorongoro Crater itself, renowned as the prime spot to observe black rhinos and the majestic pride of lions, including the impressive black-maned males.

Thousands of vibrant flamingoes and various waterbirds adorn the lakeshore or take to the skies in colorful flight. Predators such as leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas, along with various antelope species and other smaller mammals, also inhabit the area. As the late afternoon approaches, you'll bid farewell to the crater and journey back to your lodge in Arusha, where we will drop you off.
