Your adventure begins with a morning pickup from your hotel or the airport in Arusha. After a short briefing, you’ll drive to Tarangire National Park, a hidden gem famous for its massive baobab trees and large elephant herds. Enjoy a full-day game drive, keeping your eyes peeled for lions, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeest, zebras, and an impressive variety of birdlife.

In the late afternoon, exit the park and head toward the lush highlands of Karatu. Settle in at the charming Marera Valley Lodge, where you can relax with a warm shower and enjoy a delicious dinner.

After breakfast, depart for the world-renowned Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy scenic views as you drive through the highlands and descend into the endless savannah plains. You’ll enter the Serengeti in time for a game drive en route to your accommodation.

This afternoon’s game drive offers your first chance to witness the spectacular wildlife of the Serengeti—look out for prides of lions lounging under acacia trees, graceful cheetahs scanning the horizon, and massive herds of wildebeest and zebras grazing freely.

Arrive at Shuhudia Adventure Camp, your cozy home in the heart of the wild, for a warm meal and campfire under the stars.

Today is dedicated to a full-day game drive in the Serengeti, one of the most famous wildlife reserves in the world. With a packed picnic lunch, venture deep into the plains in search of the Big Five—lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, and rhino—as well as hyenas, jackals, hippos, and crocodiles.

Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Wildebeest Migration, one of the world’s most thrilling natural spectacles. Your experienced guide will help track the animals and explain the behavior and ecosystem of the Serengeti.

Return to Shuhudia Camp in the evening for a hot shower, delicious dinner, and storytelling around the campfire.

Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy a hearty breakfast before setting off for another full day of game viewing in the vast plains of the Serengeti. This second day in the park gives you more time to explore deeper into different habitats and follow the movement of animals across the ecosystem.

Track big cats such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards, and watch massive herds of grazers like zebras and wildebeest. Visit riverine areas that are home to crocodiles and hippos, and keep an eye out for rare species like the serval or bat-eared fox.

You’ll enjoy a packed picnic lunch in the bush, surrounded by panoramic views, before continuing your safari until late afternoon. Return to Shuhudia Adventure Camp for your final night in the Serengeti. Share stories by the fire, listen to the sounds of the wild, and enjoy your last evening in one of Africa’s most iconic landscapes.
