Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi -Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a pre-trek briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers. Then set off on foot into the misty forest to track a habituated gorilla family. The trek can take 2–6 hours depending on the group's movements, but the reward is a magical hour observing these gentle giants up close – watching them feed, interact, and care for their young.
After the trek, receive your gorilla tracking certificate and drive to Lake Bunyonyi, one of Africa’s most beautiful and deepest lakes. Known as “the place of little birds,” it offers stunning scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. Take a relaxing canoe or boat tour around the lake’s islands in the evening.
