Pick-up in Kigali & Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park – Kisoro

You will be picked up from your location in Kigali by our company representative/guide and transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, located in southwestern Uganda. The drive takes approximately 4–5 hours, with a stop for lunch en route. Upon arrival, you'll check into your lodge and relax.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After an early breakfast, you'll head to the park headquarters for a briefing by UWA (Uganda Wildlife Authority) officials before starting your first gorilla trekking adventure. Accompanied by ranger guides, you’ll trek through the forest in search of a habituated gorilla family. Once found, you’ll spend one unforgettable hour with them.

The trek can take 6–7 hours, depending on the gorillas’ movements.

After the experience, you'll transfer to Kisoro (approx. 3 hours' drive).

Gorilla Trekking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park

The process will be similar to the first day, but this time, you’ll be trekking in the scenic volcanic forests of the Virunga Mountains. After spending another magical hour with the gorillas, you will drive to Lake Mulehe for the night. You will relax and enjoy the serene lakeside atmosphere.
