1-Day Rwanda Gorilla Trekking Adventure

• A transfer from the airport can be arranged for an extra cost.

Your day begins early with a 4:30 am pickup from your hotel in Kigali, followed by a scenic drive to Volcanoes National Park. You’ll arrive by 7:00 am for a detailed pre-trek briefing at the park headquarters. After being assigned a gorilla family, you’ll begin the trek into the forest around 8:30 am. The tracking can take between 2 to 6 hours, depending on the gorillas’ location. Once found, you'll spend a magical hour observing them in their natural habitat. Afterward, return to the starting point where your driver will be waiting to take you back to Kigali, arriving by early evening.
