Farm Tour & Cooking Class

Marangu Cultural Tour

Today you’ll visit the Marangu area on the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Explore Chagga caves, a traditional homestead, and the Kinukamori Waterfalls. The day includes a local lunch and insight into Chagga traditions and history before returning to the comfort of Kibo View Farm Lodge.

Mount Kilimanjaro Day Hike

Lace up your boots for a scenic hike on Mt. Kilimanjaro’s lower slopes. Trek through lush rainforest in Marangu Gate area, where you may spot monkeys, birds, and endemic plants. This non-technical day hike gives you a true taste of the mountain without climbing to the summit.
