In the morning, you’ll depart from Arusha for Serengeti National Park via the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with an optional stop at the historic Olduvai Gorge. After a relaxing picnic lunch amidst the stunning Serengeti plains, enjoy an exciting afternoon game drive in central Serengeti, famous for its predators and abundant wildlife. As the day ends, you’ll head to your comfortable campsite to unwind under the African sky.

Serengeti – Ngorongoro crater

In the early morning, embark on a sunrise game drive in the Serengeti, the best time to witness predators actively hunting. After an exhilarating start to the day, return to camp for a late breakfast. Then, continue with a game drive as you slowly exit the Serengeti, soaking in the vast landscapes and wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the way to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. In the afternoon, drive through the conservation area with opportunities for wildlife viewing along the route, and optionally visit a Maasai Boma to experience the local culture. In the evening, settle into your campsite near Ngorongoro.

Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

After an early breakfast, you will descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. Here, you have the chance to spot rare black rhinos, elephants, lions, hippos, flamingos, and a diverse array of other wildlife thriving in this unique ecosystem. Around midday, enjoy a picnic lunch at the scenic Hippo Pool area on the crater floor, surrounded by stunning natural beauty. In the afternoon, you will begin your ascent from the crater to continue your journey.
