After the drive, ascend from the crater and begin your journey back to Arusha, which takes about 3-4 hours. Depending on your schedule, you’ll have the opportunity for a late lunch in Arusha or a quick stop at a local market before being transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport way back home or to your hotel in Arusha.
