Sabi Sands safari

You will arrive at Skukuza Airport in the heart of Kruger National Park, where you will take a transfer to Idube Safari Chalets, situated in the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve. During your stay you will be in safari chalets, each with a private deck and you will have access to the main area which has a beautiful swimming pool, open air boma and gym.

Welcome to your adventure! After checking in, it's time to unwind and savor a delicious lunch. Take this moment to relax and soak up the atmosphere before you head out for an exhilarating afternoon game drive. The experience can vary as each game drive offers unexpected encounters, like rare wildlife sightings or unique interactions with guides, which can add a special twist to your adventure. Over the next 2 days enjoy thrilling game drives and bush walks (learn about the smaller creatures and flora that are often overlooked).

Start your day with an exhilarating morning game drive. Capture the stunning wildlife with your camera - keep it handy! Upon your return, enjoy a hearty breakfast, then check out and you will be transferred through to Lukimbi Safari Lodge by a lodge representative. A safari in Kruger is truly special as it is a standout destination for wildlife enthusiasts. In addition to the diverse wildlife, Kruger's landscape is varied and stunning, from savannas and forests to rivers and mountains, adding to the overall allure of the safari.

After settling in, there is a guided game drive. Then relax at the lodge, enjoy a delicious dinner, and prepare for the next day's adventures.

On day 4 head out for another game drive during prime animal activity time. Dress in light neutral colours to stay cool and blend in. Later return to the lodge for lunch and a bit of relaxation. Later in the day, join an afternoon game drive and then return to the lodge to reflect on the day's sightings over dinner.
