Rise early for a once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After a briefing, head into the dense forest with guides and trackers to locate a habituated gorilla family. The trek can take between 2 to 6 hours depending on the group’s location, but the magical hour spent observing these gentle giants is worth the effort. After the trek and lunch, drive to the serene Lake Bunyonyi, famous for its scenic beauty and safe swimming waters. Spend the evening relaxing by the lake. Overnight at a lakeside resort.
