Departure to Maasai Mara National Resreve

Pick up at 7:00 am pick up from Nairobi and leave leisurely and drive across the floor of the Great Rift Valley (You will have a brief stopover at the Great Rift Valley for the stunning views).
Continue past the Maasai town of Narok to the legendary Maasai Mara National Reserve by lunch time at Lodge/Camp. For most safari participants, this is the jewel and highlight of the safari expedition. You will be enchanted by the diversity of animals that roam the Mara plains.

The breathtaking topography of the region, comprising of endless expansive escarpments and plateaus will be interesting. The park is home to the largest populations of predators including the big cats. Witnessing them making a' kill' is phenomenal.

Enjoy an afternoon game drive returning to your camp for Dinner and overnight at the Camp.

Full Day at Maasai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast leave for a full day game drive with picnic lunch at Mara river migration bride area. This day is spent game viewing in Kenya’s finest wildlife park, the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Our morning and afternoon game drives take us in search of Africa’s Big Five and the plethora of other wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve. Early morning Maasai Mara hot air balloon safari can be arranged at extra cost.

You will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Maasai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, topis, impala, hartebeests, wildebeest. Elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, lions, cheetahs and leopards.
The ultimate action here is without doubt the annual wildebeest exodus, the Great Migration, in July and August when millions of these grass eaters move north from the Serengeti in search of lusher grass before turning south again in October to December.

Depart Maasai Mara and drive to Nairobi

After Breakfast, you shall depart from our safari camp at 10am and take an en-route game drive through the Maasai Mara Reserve on day three then return to bustling Nairobi, arriving at about 16:00 in the afternoon. This unforgettable 3-Day Maasai Mara Safari ends upon arrival back in Nairobi.
