Your journey begins with a road transfer from Nairobi, departing from a designated central meeting point (details shared prior to departure). Travel through the scenic Great Rift Valley to the Maasai Mara, a drive of approximately 5–6 hours.

Arrive in the afternoon and check in at Talek Bush camp, a comfortable, budget-friendly tented camp offering an authentic safari experience. Later, head out for a short afternoon game drive in the Maasai Mara, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.

After breakfast, set off on a scenic drive south from Nairobi to Diani Beach. Covering roughly 500 km, the journey takes about 10 hours, depending on traffic and stops. Pause around 12:30–1:00 PM for a relaxed lunch at a traveler-friendly Nairobi restaurant such as Capital Centre, then continue through the Rift Valley and coastal plains. Arrive in Diani in the late evening and check in at Diani Backpackers Hostel, known for its social, laid-back atmosphere. As the sun sets, head to the beach for a bonfire or relaxed gathering, unwind, and enjoy the coastal breeze, marking a perfect start to your coastal adventure.
