1-Day Ngorongoro Safari - Explore the Big 5 in a Day

• You'll be collected from the airport.

At 6:00am, we will pick you up at your hotel or other accommodation in Arusha from where we depart. We will drive directly to Ngorongoro and within 3 hours we will be at our destination. Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the World Heritage Sites under natural and cultural criteria. Once you descend into the crater, you will have a great chance to spot the Big Five animals, including prides of lions, herds of buffalo, elephants, leopards, and black rhinos, bird species like flamingos in the crater lakes, and an amazing natural environment inside the crater. Be ready to see varieties of animals within a minute.

There are also resident zebras and wildebeest in the crater that do not participate in the annual migration. Hippos are found in the permanent freshwater pools and the swamps in the crater. During the game drive, we will stop for picnic lunch in the afternoon and continue with game drive. We will return to Arusha in the evening and drop you off at your accommodation place.
