You will travel to Ngorongoro conservation area and descend the crater rim “Eighth Wonder of the World” for game drive activities, including viewing the rare black rhino. The crater features a river, swamps, and a soda lake that, viewed from above, resembles steam and is populated by flamingos, also there are forests and open plains. The large bull elephants that inhabit this area have exceptionally large tusks, which can be attributed to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and grasses.
