Day 1

Nairobi to Tsavo West National Park

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will depart for a 4-hour drive to Tsavo West National Park. En route to the park, make stop at Mtito Andei for health break and refreshment drinks before checking in with lunch at the Lodge. Prepare for afternoon guided game drives at 4pm to spot the Big Five animals and bird watching. Later in the evening return to the lodge for dinner for dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Explore Tsavo West National Park

Morning breakfast with packed food for a picnic lunch prepared for a full day guided game drives focused on spotting the Leopard, cheetah, buffalo, giraffe antelopes and other wildlife species and bird watching. Visit Shetani lava flow that has a vast expanse of solidified black lava estimated to be about 50 square kilometers in size, Mzima Springs that is an oasis of green in the west of the park that produces an incredible 250 million litres of fresh water a day that hippos gather to drink and later a visit to Chaimu Crater which is a volcanic cone that derives its name from the Kamba word “devil's crater” a breathtaking reminder of Kenya's raw beauty. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Tsavo West NP to Amboseli National Park

Begin your day with an early morning breakfast followed by check-out. Embark on a scenic 2-hour drive to Amboseli National Park, with a short coffee stop at Emali en route. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and enjoy a relaxing lunch. Take some time to rest and unwind before your late afternoon guided game drive begins at 4:00 PM. During the game drive, enjoy wildlife viewing with a chance to spot four of the Big Five, along with exceptional birdwatching opportunities. After the drive, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, enjoying the warmth of the fireplace as you wind down your day.

After an early breakfast, you will embark on morning guided game drives within the park and the activities in the park will include; guided nature tours, wildlife viewing, birdwatching in Lake Amboseli, hike to the observation hill for clear view of Mt Kilimanjaro. Break for lunch to the lodge and have an afternoon rest before the evening guided game drives to spot wildlife species that will be accompanied by local cultural visit to local communities to learn about crafts and their co-existence with wildlife then head to the lodge for dinner and relax by the fire.
