Upon arrival, you'll embark on an exciting game drive, exploring the park's diverse habitats. Tarangire is renowned for its large herds of elephants, towering baobab trees, and abundant wildlife including lions, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, and over 500 bird species. Enjoy the beauty of nature and wildlife throughout the day before heading to your selected lodge or campsite in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight stay.

After an early breakfast in Mto wa Mbu, your driver-guide will pick you up and begin the journey towards the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The scenic drive takes you through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering stunning views and chances to spot wildlife along the way. Upon arrival at Serengeti, you’ll enter through Naabi Hill Gate and enjoy your first thrilling game drive across the endless plains. Keep your eyes open for the Big Five, cheetahs, giraffes, wildebeests, and a wide variety of birdlife. Later in the afternoon, you will head to your lodge or campsite for dinner and overnight stay inside the park.

Upon arrival in the Northern Serengeti, your driver-guide will take you to prime viewing spots along the Mara River, where crocodiles patiently await and hippos wallow in the water. This area offers some of the most spectacular wildlife viewing opportunities in Tanzania, away from the crowds.
After an early breakfast, your adventure continues as you set off on a scenic game drive from Central to Northern Serengeti. This region is renowned for its dramatic landscapes, dotted with rolling hills, open woodlands, and the iconic Mara River—famous for the thrilling Great Migration crossings.
As you travel northward, enjoy en-route game drives with chances to spot an array of wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and possibly leopards. Keep your camera ready as you might witness massive herds of wildebeest and zebras navigating the terrain or preparing for a daring river crossing, especially between July and October.

After an early breakfast, embark on a scenic morning game drive in the Northern Serengeti, a region famed for its rich wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. This area offers excellent opportunities to spot predators like lions and cheetahs, as well as herds of elephants, giraffes, and wildebeests—especially if you're visiting during the Great Migration season.
As the morning unfolds, begin your journey southward through the Serengeti ecosystem, soaking in the vast plains and occasional wildlife encounters along the way. You’ll enjoy a packed lunch en route or stop at a designated picnic site within the park.
By afternoon, you will exit the Serengeti and ascend into the Ngorongoro Highlands, a lush and cooler region known for its dramatic scenery and rich cultural heritage. The drive takes you through Maasai villages and fertile highland farms before reaching your lodge or camp nestled in the highlands near the crater rim.

In the early afternoon, begin your journey back to Arusha. You will arrive in the early evening and be dropped off at your hotel in Arusha.
