1-Day Fly-in to Nyerere National Park from Zanzibar

Our friendly driver will collect you from your hotel. Your adventure begins with an early morning flight from Zanzibar to Nyerere National Park, landing at Mtemere Airstrip around 7 am. Upon arrival, you'll meet your experienced driver/guide who will give you a short briefing before heading out with your packed lunch for a full-day game drive.

Enjoy the comfort of an open-sided or pop-up roof vehicle as you explore the African wilderness. This unforgettable journey offers the chance to spot amazing wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, lions, buffalos, zebras, and possibly African wild dogs. After a day of thrilling wildlife viewing, you’ll return to the airstrip around 4 pm for your scheduled flight back to Zanzibar. Upon landing, our driver will be ready to transfer you back to your hotel.
