Depart Zanzibar in the late afternoon is starting with the pick up from your Zanzibar hotel, drive to Zanzibar Airport then fly to Nyerere National Park. Upon arrival, you will be viewing animals while focusing to Rufiji river inside of the park. After arriving in the river then embark on a relaxing yet thrilling boat safari along the Great Rufiji River, lasting approximately 2 hours. This boat drive offers a unique perspective on the park's wildlife, including hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species, while enjoying the serene river environment. After the boat safari, you will spend your overnight inside the park at a Mufasa Tented Camp, immersing yourself fully in the wilderness.
