Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Get ready for an exhilarating safari adventure! Your driver will pick you up bright and early from your hotel in Arusha, at which point you will embark on a two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, which is famous for its large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees (the largest on the continent). Enjoy the journey through diverse landscapes, from seasonal swamps to grassy plains, while watching for wildlife along the Tarangire River.

After an exhilarating day of adventure, you’ll make your way to your lodge for a delicious dinner and a restful overnight stay, immersed in the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.

Tarangire National Park - Ngorongoro Crater - Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you’ll drive for approximately 45 minutes to the Ngorongoro Crater. Upon registration at the entrance gate, you’ll descend 600 meters to the crater floor and be amazed by the many mammals grazing below. The crater is an excellent location to spot the “Big Five.”

In the afternoon, you’ll enjoy lunch at a picnic site near a hippo pool, with washroom facilities available. After lunch, you’ll drive Lake Manyara, arriving in the evening in time for your overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you’ll embark on a 40-minute drive to Lake Manyara National Park. The park is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including birds, baboons, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and elephants. With some luck, you may even spot lions resting in the trees.

Lake Manyara is renowned for its diverse landscapes, from open grasslands and forests filled with monkeys to cliffs dotted with massive baobab trees. After your thrilling safari, you’ll drive back to Arusha in the evening, where you will be dropped off at your hotel.
