Morning Game Drive and Journey into Bwindi

Begin the day with a morning game drive in Lake Mburo National Park. The park is one of the best places in Uganda to see large herds of zebras and the striking Rothschild’s giraffe. You may also encounter topis, elands, and other antelope species, along with a wide variety of birdlife.
Alternatively, you can opt for a guided walking safari (USD 25 per person), led by an armed ranger — a unique way to get closer to the animals.
After the morning activity, continue your journey to one of Uganda’s most iconic destinations — Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to almost half of the world’s remaining population of endangered mountain gorillas.
On arrival, check in to your accommodation and enjoy the serenity of the ancient forest as you prepare for the next day’s adventure.

Gorilla Trekking & Tranquility at Lake Bunyonyi

Start the day with one of Uganda’s most unforgettable wildlife experiences: gorilla trekking.
After a short briefing, head into the forest with your guide to track one of the habituated mountain gorilla families. Along the way, your guide will share insights into gorilla behavior, social structure, and the efforts to protect them.
Once you find them, spend one remarkable hour observing the gorillas up close — watching them feed, play, and interact in their natural habitat. This rare encounter is a powerful highlight for many travelers to Uganda.
After the trek, continue your journey to Lake Bunyonyi, one of the deepest lakes in Africa, known for its scenic beauty and dotted with terraced hills and small islands. Settle in and enjoy the peaceful lakeside atmosphere.
