We’ll pick you up from your hotel in or around Arusha, marking the start of your unforgettable journey. As we drive towards Tarangire National Park (approx. 2.5 hours), take in the scenic views of rural life, vibrant landscapes, and lush nature along the way.

Upon arrival, enjoy a full-day game drive in Tarangire—renowned for its majestic baobab trees, impressive elephant herds, and the elusive tree-climbing African python. As the day winds down, we’ll head to Africa Safari Lake Manyara, where you'll relax for the night in a beautifully furnished comfort safari tent with a private bathroom. Before dinner, feel free to take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

After an early breakfast, we set off for one of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife destinations—the Ngorongoro Crater. Known as the largest intact volcanic caldera in the world, the crater floor teems with life, supporting over 30,000 large mammals year-round. Its natural enclosure creates a rich habitat for the famed Big Five, including the rare African black rhino, alongside hyenas, zebras, elephants, and more.

After a rewarding game drive inside the crater, we continue our journey toward Ndutu/Southern Serengeti, where we’ll spend the night at Africa Safari South Serengeti. This region is renowned for the calving season of the Great Migration, a breathtaking spectacle where thousands of wildebeest give birth, attracting predators and offering unforgettable wildlife action.

On Day Three, we continue our adventure as we make our way to the legendary Serengeti National Park. After a scenic drive, we’ll arrive at the park’s entrance gate and stop for lunch before beginning an exciting afternoon game drive.

Famed for its sweeping savannahs and patches of forest, the Serengeti offers breathtaking views and exceptional wildlife sightings. It’s home to one of nature’s greatest spectacles, the Great Migration, where over 1.5 million herbivores, along with their predators, journey across the plains in search of fresh grazing.

As sun begins to set, we arrive at Africa Safari Ikoma, where you’ll spend the night in a well-appointed comfort safari tent. Nestled between Serengeti’s Seronera region, Grumeti, and the Ikorongo Game Reserves, this location is ideal for continued exploration. Unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings whether it's spotting colorful birdlife, watching impala roam nearby, or simply relaxing to the tranquil sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 4

North Serengeti

Our fourth day keeps us in the Serengeti, pushing northward through wildlife‑rich terrain. During the migration months, we’ll detour to the legendary Mara River, where thousands of wildebeest and zebra risk the crocodile‑filled waters, a heart‑pounding sight you’ll remember forever.

When the day’s adventures wind down, we settle into Africa Safari Maasai Boma Lodge in the village of Ololosokwan. Modeled after a traditional Maasai enclosure, the lodge immerses you in local culture, and even though it lies outside any formal reserve, wildlife still wanders nearby. Drift off to the sounds of the bush knowing another unforgettable day awaits tomorrow.

Serengeti to lake natron

After breakfast, we leave the northern Serengeti and head to Lake Natron, passing through remote Maasai lands with dramatic landscapes, scattered bomas, and mountain views. From June to November, the lake attracts around two million flamingos, an incredible sight.

We’ll stop at natural hot springs along the way before arriving at Africa Safari Lake Natron. The lodge features a scenic pool with views of Mount Ol Doinyo Lengai, an active volcano. From here, a short 10-minute guided walk takes you to the lake’s edge to enjoy the unique surroundings.

Start your morning with an invigorating hike to the stunning waterfalls, guided by a local Maasai, don’t forget to wear comfortable walking shoes for the adventure ahead. As you trek through the scenic paths, you’ll pass by traditional Maasai villages, offering you a glimpse into their unique way of life. After a refreshing lunch, the journey continues as you drive to Mto wa Mbu, where you’ll settle in for the night at the charming Africa Safari Lake Manyara.

Today, we journey to the scenic Lake Manyara National Park—famous for its striking natural beauty, from dramatic escarpments and lush forests to glistening waterfalls, clear-running brooks, and steamy hot springs. Spend the day on a thrilling game drive through this diverse ecosystem, home to a wide variety of wildlife and birdlife. Later in the afternoon, we’ll begin our return to Arusha or Arusha Airport, aiming to arrive before nightfall. For those with flights from Kilimanjaro International Airport, a transfer can be arranged upon request at an extra charge.
