Day 1

Your safari adventure begins with a warm morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha (or directly from the airport). After a short safari briefing, you will start your scenic drive toward Tarangire National Park, a breathtaking wilderness known for its vast landscapes dotted with giant baobab trees and spectacular wildlife concentrations.

As you enter the park, you will immediately notice the beauty of the Tarangire River, a lifeline that draws animals from across the ecosystem. Throughout your full-day game drive, you will explore the diverse habitats of the park, keeping an eye out for lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, warthogs, and the rare fringe-eared oryx.

Day 2

Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, you will depart from hotel and drive toward one of Africa’s most spectacular natural wonders — the Ngorongoro Crater. Formed millions of years ago, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is the world’s largest unbroken caldera and a sanctuary for an incredible concentration of wildlife.

As you descend 600 meters into the crater, you will be greeted by breathtaking views. The crater floor is home to elephants, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, hyenas, cheetahs, and a healthy population of lions — often seen resting on the open plains. With a bit of luck, you may also spot the rare black rhinoceros, one of the most endangered species in Africa.

In the late afternoon, you will exit the crater and continue your journey toward the Ndutu region, located at the southern edge of Serengeti. This area is known for its vast plains and seasonal wildlife movements.

Day 3

After breakfast, you will spend the entire day exploring the Ndutu region, one of the key areas for viewing the Great Wildebeest Migration. Ndutu’s open plains attract large herds of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles, especially during the calving season, creating excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography.

As you drive through the plains, you may witness predators such as lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and leopards following the herds. Your guide will track the best spots, depending on the movement of the animals, ensuring you get the most out of your experience.

In the late afternoon, you will return to your camp for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, you will leave the Ndutu plains and drive toward Central Serengeti, one of the most famous wildlife areas in Africa. This region is known for its beautiful savannah landscapes, large cat populations, and year-round wildlife activity.

During your full-day game drive, you will explore the Seronera Valley, often called the “heart of the Serengeti.” This area is home to resident lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and many other animals that stay in the park throughout the year. The permanent water sources in Seronera attract wildlife even during the dry season, making it one of the best game-viewing spots.

You will spend the day searching for wildlife across the central plains, enjoying the endless scenery and classic Serengeti atmosphere.

Day 5

Serengeti – Lake Natron

After an early morning breakfast, you will leave Central Serengeti and begin your drive toward Lake Natron, one of Tanzania’s most unique and remote destinations. The journey offers beautiful scenery, including volcanic rocks, Maasai villages, and endless open plains.

Approaching Natron, you will enjoy stunning views of Ol Doinyo Lengai, the active volcano known as the “Mountain of God.” Lake Natron is famous for its mineral-rich waters, striking colors, and being the main breeding site for thousands of flamingos.

Upon arrival, you will relax at your lodge. If time allows, you may take a short walk to the lake shore to enjoy flamingo sightings and the peaceful natural atmosphere.

In the evening, settle in for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will leave Lake Natron and begin your journey toward Lake Manyara National Park. The drive takes you through beautiful landscapes, passing Maasai communities, volcanic terrain, and stunning viewpoints over the Great Rift Valley.

Upon arrival at Lake Manyara National Park, you will enjoy a game drive through its diverse habitats. The park is known for its groundwater forest, large troops of baboons, blue monkeys, elephants, and tree-climbing lions. The lake itself attracts flamingos, pelicans, and many other water birds, making it an excellent location for bird lovers.

You will explore the park’s scenic routes, including the hippo pool and the hot springs area, enjoying both wildlife and the lush natural environment.

In the late afternoon, you will leave the park and drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
