Dar es Salaam – Mikumi & Maasai Cultural Tour

Morning at 0800am met our driver guide at your Hotel in Dar es Salaam and drive to Mikumi National Park. Arrive around midday and enjoy lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, visit a local Maasai village and learn about their traditional lifestyle, customs, and dances. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Camp Bastian or similar.

Full-Day Game Drive in Mikumi National Park

Today, enjoy a full-day game drive in Mikumi’s open plains, known for elephants, giraffes, lions, zebras, and wildebeests. The park offers great photographic opportunities and fewer crowds. Picnic lunch inside the park. Continue game viewing until sunset. Dinner and overnight at Camp Bastian.

Transfer to Udzungwa & Hike to Sanje Waterfalls

After breakfast, drive to Udzungwa Mountains National Park. Start your guided hike through tropical rainforest to the stunning Sanje Waterfalls—Tanzania’s highest at 170m. Enjoy breathtaking views, natural pools, and birdwatching. Descend in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Udzungwa Forest Lodge ( Hondo Hondo Camp).
