Pick-Up from Dar - Game Drive & Boat Safari

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel/lodge in Dar es Salaam at 05:00am for an early start to your adventure. Enjoy a scenic drive to Nyerere National Park, arriving mid-morning for a thrilling game drive through vast savannahs, home to elephants, lions, giraffes, and more. After lunch and a short rest at the lodge, you’ll head out at 4:00pm for a peaceful boat safari along the Rufiji River. Watch hippos, crocodiles, and stunning birdlife as the sun sets over the water.
Later, return to the lodge for dinner. In the evening, your guide will sit with you to share stories from the bush and give a short briefing about tomorrow’s activities.

Early Game Drive & Return to Dar es Salaam

Start your day with an early breakfast and head out for a sunrise game drive through the Nyerere wilderness. This is the perfect time to spot predators, elephants, giraffes, and possibly wild dogs. Explore the savannah, woodlands, and lakeshores. After the drive, enjoy hot lunch or packed lunch (depending on timing), then begin the return journey to Dar es Salaam, arriving in the evening.
Trip ends with unforgettable memories and stories to take home.
