Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you’ll be greeted by your driver or tour representative holding a sign with your name. After assisting with your luggage, they will transfer you directly to your hotel in Arusha. The drive typically takes 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic and weather. On arrival, check in and settle into your hotel to rest and prepare for your safari.

Day 2

Your safari adventure begins with a scenic drive from Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park, a hidden gem nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Upon arrival, you'll embark on an exciting game drive through the park's diverse ecosystems, ranging from lush groundwater forests to open savannahs and the alkaline lake itself. Keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, hippos, and the park’s famous tree-climbing lions, as well as a variety of birdlife, including thousands of pink flamingos. After an early breakfast, the journey continues through the scenic highlands and into the heart of Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations. As you enter the vast plains, a game drive introduces you to the park’s abundant wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, elephants, and, depending on the season, herds of migrating wildebeest and zebras. The endless savannah landscapes dotted with acacia trees create a picture-perfect backdrop for incredible photo opportunities and unforgettable wildlife encounters. In the evening, you'll settle into the Serengeti Heritage Tented Camp, where you'll enjoy a night under canvas with the sounds of the wild all around, combining rustic charm with modern comfort.

Around midday, enjoy a picnic lunch in this breathtaking setting before ascending the crater walls. In the afternoon, begin your drive back to Arusha, where your safari adventure comes to a memorable close.
