Your Eretoto driver will meet you at the Kilimanjaro Airport and take you to the hotel in Arusha town, where you will stay. As you settle into your hotel, get ready to begin your safari in the morning. You'll have a chance to get a little briefing about your tour and every aspect of your package that is necessary.

You will have an early breakfast and then head to Tarangire National Park for a game drive, carrying a packed lunch. The world's highest concentrations of elephants and bird species in breeding plumage can be found in this beautiful park. Wildlife is abundant in Tarangire National Park, particularly during the dry season. Large cats such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as the infrequently sighted Kudu, Oryx, and gerenuk. Massive herds of gazelles, zebras, and wildebeests are drawn to the Tarangire River, where they are hunted by predators. You'll make your way to lodge for lunch and overnight.

Karatu to Serengeti ndutu

After breakfast, our guide will pick you up and drive to Serengeti Ndutu which is located between the area of Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
Ndutu provides the best wildlife viewing during the green season which is around December up to March. Ndutu is found on the southern part of the Serengeti plains where around 8,000 wildebeest calves are born every day. The area is mostly covered by a forest of acacia trees. This is also the best place to spot 6 species of cats (leopard, lion, cheetah, caracal, African wildcat, and serval) then heading to lodge.

After breakfast you will spend a half day in the Ndutu area where there is a high chance of viewing the wildebeest migration from December to March. You'll witness some real hunting scenes during this wildebeest calving season.

You'll make your way to the well-known Serengeti National Park this morning. After arriving in the Serengeti, you'll have an amazing game drive. When you visit this region you can witness a significant shift—the great migration of wildebeests crossing the Grummet River. The herds have to dodge the swift-moving water and crocodiles before coming up against the predators that are waiting on the other side. You will have the picnic lunch before your way back to lodge.

Northern serengeti

You will embark on daily game drives in the northern reaches of the Serengeti, renowned for its rich biodiversity and spectacular wildlife sightings. You'll traverse the vast plains, woodlands, and riverine areas in search of the iconic Big Five, including lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, and rhinos, along with a plethora of other species, after game drive you will drive back to camp for lunch, dinner and overnight.

You will transfer after your morning breakfast to Ngorongoro via the Olduvai Gorge where anthropologists Louis and Mary Leakey made many significant discoveries, contributing to the theory that human life originated in Africa. You'll be transferred to your lodge for dinner. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge/camp.

After breakfast you will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a once in a lifetime safari tour. The jewel in Ngorongoro’s crown, this thick volcanic crater is the most significant unflooded and unbroken caldera in the world. Upon descending to the crater floor, you will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner of the crater, which is one of the
crater’s leading features and get the chance to see various animals inside the crater.

After breakfast at your accommodation you will drive back to Arusha and you may have a short city tour around Arusha town if you are interested, then full preparation for your next day departure depending on your air transfer schedule.
