Day 1

Diani to Tsavo East National Park

You will begin your much-awaited safari early morning from your hotel in Mombasa/Diani, or be picked up from the airport and head out. We will drive through the Mombasa to Nairobi highway, enjoying the environment. It takes roughly 4 to 5 hours, depending on traffic, to get to the lodge, which is located on the banks of the Aruba dam. You will arrive in good time for lunch. Afterward, you will head out for a 4 pm game drive. After a thrilling experience at the theater of the wild, you will head back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in hotel.

Day 2

You will have a sumptuous breakfast and check out of the hotel as we have a mini game drive as we exit Tsavo East park and head to Amboseli Park across changing landscapes as you approach Amboseli, where the snow-capped peak of Mt Kilimanjaro begins to rise on the horizon. On arrival at Sopa Lodge, set within 200 acres of private wooded savannah, you are welcomed into a serene retreat that reflects traditional African warmth and charm. Spacious rooms open to sweeping views of the plains, while the swimming pool and tranquil grounds invite relaxation.

After a refreshing lunch, you'll set out on an afternoon game drive. Amboseli is renowned for its vast elephant herds, iconic Kilimanjaro backdrop, and rich diversity of wildlife. Returning at sunset, a hearty dinner awaits before the evening at the Hemingways House Bar, where safari stories flow easily, inspired by the legendary writer who once roamed these lands. Under the star-lit skies, the day fades into a peaceful night.

Day 3

Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park

Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park

You will wake up in the morning after breakfast, drive through the park for a game drive as we exit Amboseli, and drive to Tsavo West National Park. This particular lodge is situated on a private sanctuary on the West of the Tsavo. This camp is unique as it sits on a secluded dam on the Sante River, home to loads of crocs and hippos. On arrival, you will enjoy your lunch and later enjoy a guided nature walk.

After the nature walk, you will relax at the facility. At 7:15 pm, there will be another highlight. A night game drive in the sanctuary. You will head out for a one-hour night game drive, after which you will come back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in the hotel.

PS: Dinner can be before the night game drive.

Day 4

Journey back to Mombasa/Diani

Journey back to Mombasa/Diani

After a restful evening, you will have breakfast. You will leave the lodge and head to the highway for your journey back to Mombasa. Drop off can be at the Mombasa or the airport. After 3 - 4 hours on the road, this will be the end of our safari. You will be dropped off at your hotel in Mombasa or Diani or dropped off at the airport.
