Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park

Large herds of elephants and an abundance of enormous baobab trees are two of Tarangire National Park's most famous features. Since elephants have a unique method for extracting water from these trees, which can survive for hundreds of years, they serve as a source of water for them during the Dry season. Additionally, during the Dry season, the Tarangire River serves as the only supply of water, which is why herds of up to 250 elephants can be seen in Tarangire alongside a variety of other creatures.

Due in large part to the great migration that travels through the Serengeti National Park, it is well recognized as a safari destination. The sheer number of predators that inhabit this area - more than 4,000 lions, 225 cheetahs, 1,000 leopards, 3,500 hyenas, and hundreds of wild dogs - is as astonishing as the massive, stampeding herds! Naturally, there are many more stunning creatures that your guide will be happy to look for with you. Are you prepared for this?

Numerous natural beauties and wildlife encounters can be found in Lake Manyara National Park. Lake Manyara, the park's namesake, is a popular location for birdwatching since it draws a variety of bird species, including sizable flamingo flocks. The park's tree-climbing lions, which are frequently spotted relaxing in acacia trees, are among its most distinctive features. Along with the Manyara Hippo Pool, where hippos can be seen lounging in the water all day, visitors can also see massive herds of elephants wandering across the plains and woodlands. Beautiful sweeping vistas can be seen from the park's location along the Great Rift Valley escarpment, and visitors can see baboons, blue monkeys, and a variety of birds in the deep jungle.
