Your journey begins with a morning pickup from your hotel in Zanzibar. You’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight to Arusha, where you’ll be welcomed by your safari guide upon arrival. From there, enjoy a scenic two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its vast landscapes dotted with ancient baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Upon entering the park, you'll embark on your first game drive, offering a chance to spot wildlife in their natural habitat. After the safari, you’ll head to your lodge for dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Day 2
Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater
Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast, you’ll leave Tarangire and travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive takes you through picturesque highlands and rural Tanzanian landscapes. Once you reach the Ngorongoro Crater, you’ll descend into this UNESCO World Heritage Site for a full-day game drive. The crater is teeming with wildlife, including lions, zebras, elephants, buffalo, and the rare black rhino. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed at a scenic spot inside the crater before continuing your exploration. As the day ends, you’ll ascend from the crater and settle into your accommodation nearby for dinner and overnight.

Day 3
Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha
Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha
On your final day, you’ll depart after breakfast for Lake Manyara National Park, a small but diverse park nestled between the Rift Valley escarpment and the lake itself. Here, you’ll enjoy a game drive through lush groundwater forests, open plains, and the lakeshore, which attracts thousands of flamingos. With a bit of luck, you might also spot the park’s famous tree-climbing lions.
After the game drive and a relaxed lunch, you will be dropped off at either your accommodation in Arusha or at the airport depending on your travel plans and personal preference bringing your safari adventure to a memorable close.
